To install your acoustic panels, you can use a professional, but with an appropriate glue that you apply with a glue gun, it is not very difficult to glue them to the wall or ceiling unless you want the result to be regular.
Personally, we fixed the panels (irregular but does not change the sound quality) with fabrics in front to hide them.
