As for chard, here is an healthy and easy recipe : Cut the blett in small pieces. (Optional, I add a celery stalk, cut into small pieces as well). Melt them in hot olive oil in a pan or a cast iron pot. Add soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Add a little cream and cook for another 5 minutes.

And broccoli??
And the broccoli? Preheat oven to 250°C. Remove all the leaves from the broccoli, cut the stalk into thin slices and separate the heads. Place in baking tray. Sprinkle with olive oil and salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes. It’s ready!
