Ay Yo Yogurt YOYO Yeah!

Guaranteed gelatin-free ( = bone + bovine skin + pig skin)

The higher the quality of the ingredients, the better the taste and the healthier it will be.

Boil 1l of whole milk. Leave to cool. Mix well the milk and 2 yoghurts. Pour the mixture into the pots.

Put the pots in the Cuisinart yogurt maker. Set the duration to 8 hours. Press the button. Wait 10 hours then place the yogurts in the fridge for 4 hours.

It’s ready, you can eat it plain or add cut fruits (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas, pears, etc.), or jam or sugar and/or crumbled biscuit or cereal.

(Mix two yoghurts with 1 litre of semi-skimmed milk. Put them in the yogurt maker and set the duration for 12 hours….)
