Yamitsuki red cabbage

chou rouge vinaigre cacahuète

Cut 500g of red cabbage into thin slices.

Add 10cl of rice vinegar, 5cl of sesame oil, 1 large crushed garlic clove, and 100g of peanuts.

Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour, allowing the mixture to soak into the cabbage.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve.

You can also make this recipe with white cabbage.
