1 tablesppon of honey
10cl of whole milk
50g of cream
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon of sugar (optional, preferably whole cane sugar)
Mix well.
Pour into 4 ice-cream molds.
Leave 5 hours in the freezer.
Yummy!
The higher the quality of the ingredients, the better the recipe will taste and the healthier it will be. It’s best to choose your ingredients carefully: from your garden, a CSA, the market, a local producer, a permaculture farm, etc.—preferably organic, without pesticides or fertilizers. Avoid industrial products or those from countries that lack proper quality controls.
