The better the quality of the ingredients, the better the recipe will taste and the healthier it will be.
Cut 500g of red cabbage into thin slices.
Add 10 ml of rice vinegar, 5 ml of sesame oil, 1 large crushed garlic clove, and 100g of peanuts.
Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour, allowing the mixture to soak into the cabbage.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve.
You can also make this recipe with white cabbage.
